The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau said that the elevators included in the reform pilots were adjusted to the following: After one year of regular inspection, the next year's periodic inspections were converted into self-testing methods, supplemented by multiple safeguards. The specific measures include requiring that the self-test content is higher than the regular inspection items; the inspection agency shall conduct a random inspection of not less than 5% on self-test; implement the insurance safety insurance for the insured elevator; and increase the supervision information disclosure of the reform pilot unit.
For elevators that have been in use for less than 10 years (excluding elevators used in public gathering places), the maintenance units (which need to have a certain scale and good safety management level), as well as the maintenance units of all debris elevators, can be included upon application. When an elevator encounters a trapped person, the rescuer needs to arrive at the nearest service level station in time to implement the rescue. The situation of the door.
The new inspection regulations clearly give opinions. The user should take feasible measures to ensure that the rescuers can open the doors and windows leading to the elevator service level by key or mandatory means, and arrive at the service level station where the rescue is implemented, and carry out the emergency according to the regulations. Rescue drill. If the rescue measures involve the interests of the relevant owners, they need to obtain the consent of the relevant owners.
In addition, the elevator being inspected originally met the requirements of 8.7(2) of Annex A of the new version of the inspection regulations. The rescue channel was closed or privately occupied, so that rescuers could not directly reach the rescue area, involving the relevant units to be removed and closed to ensure the smooth flow of the passage.

The staff of the Special Equipment Department of the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau said that the city currently has nearly 250,000 elevators. Since this year, it has received nearly 3,000 police, an average of more than 10 per day.
