In accordance with Article 6 of the National Residential Design Code, one of the following circumstances must be set up:
1. When the height of the 7th and 7th floor residential or residential entrance floor is more than 16m from the outdoor design floor;
2. The ground floor is used as a store or other residential building with six or less floors. The height of the entrance floor of the building is more than 16m from the outdoor design floor of the building;
3. The six-storey and six-story residential buildings with overhead floor or storage space, the height of the entrance floor of the building is more than 16m from the outdoor design floor of the building;

Article 7: For high-rise residential buildings of 12 stories and 12 stories or above, there should be no less than two elevators in each building.
Article 8: Tower and corridor residential elevators should be arranged in groups. When there is only one elevator per unit in a unit house, the contact gallery should be connected in the appropriate number of floors.
Chapter 3 of the Code of Residential Design:
Article 21: The height of the railings at the temporary space such as the veranda, the inner patio and the roof of the upper man's roof shall not be less than 1 m, and the middle and high-rise and high-rise residences shall not be less than 1.10 m. The clearance between vertical bars should not be greater than 0.11m.

Article 23: The entrance and exit of houses in severe cold areas shall be provided with anti-cold door or insulated outer door. The west and north entrances and exits of houses in cold areas should be equipped with external doors or other cold-proof facilities.
Article 24: When the entrance and exit of the house are located in the lower part of the balcony and the gallery, safety measures shall be taken.
Article 25: The entrance and exit of the house shall have a conspicuous identification mark and a credit box shall be set up by the household. A management duty room should be located at the entrance and exit of high-rise residential buildings.
