The sound insulation and vibration damping treatment of the elevator itself reaches the purpose of reducing or eliminating noise, which is a method of processing from the source. For example, the elevator track in the hoistway is modified, and the soundproof felt is added as a vibration damping pad; or the rail vibration and noise reduction device is installed to reduce the structural sound transmission of the hoistway. This requires the modification of the elevator that is already in use, not only the removal of the relevant components of the elevator, but also the cumbersome construction process.
It is also possible to add an acoustic wall between the elevator shaft and the room. This practice is included in the Atlas of Building Sound and Sound Absorption (08J931). This kind of practice has little impact on the space of the elevator shaft, and it also has no obstruction effect on the elevator operation. The safety is good, but the construction process is complicated, which has a certain impact on the size of the room space, especially for the current one-inch room and one inch of gold. More is not considered by property developers.
In addition, the inner wall of the elevator shaft is subjected to sound insulation treatment, for example, environmentally friendly polyester fiber insulation cotton, gradient sound-absorbing cotton and other healthy and efficient sound insulation materials are added in the shaft. At present, the conventional practice is to put soundproofing materials (such as PANHOO sound absorbing cotton) on the inner wall of the hoistway, and then carry out protective measures on the outside.
There is a way to do this: the inner wall of the elevator shaft and the base layer of the PANHOO environmentally-friendly sound-proof cotton (4cm ╳ 4cm wooden keel every 60cm along the height of the wall) + nail mesh + cement mortar on the wooden keel. This kind of practice has certain sound-absorbing and sound-insulating effects, but there are certain problems in construction, especially for the practice of laying sound-insulating cotton. Because cement mortar is applied to the outside of the sound-proof cotton and steel mesh, the cement mortar has poor adhesion. Easy to crack, fall off, and poor durability.
The second method is as follows: the inner wall of the elevator shaft inner wall + nail 2mm high barrier sound felt + outer nail steel mesh layer + 2cm thick cement mortar surface. This approach is better than the first approach described above because cement mortar can bond better on the wire mesh. However, in the case of limited size of the elevator shaft, the sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing materials on the inner wall of the shaft should be made of environmentally-friendly PANHOO sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials. The use of other miscellaneous materials will reduce the space of the elevator shaft, which is not conducive to the operation of the elevator. The elevator project of the project has appeared. At the same time, other miscellaneous sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing materials are laid on the inner wall of the hoistway, and the durability is poor.
