Elevator safety protection acceptance must meet the following requirements:
1. Phase failure, phase protection or function
When any phase of the three-phase power supply of the control cabinet is disconnected or any two phases are connected incorrectly, the phase failure, phase-fault protection device or function shall cause the elevator to not cause dangerous failure.
Note: There is no wrong phase protection device or function when the wrong phase does not affect the normal operation of the elevator.
2. Short circuit, overload protection device
The power circuit, control circuit, and safety circuit must have a short-circuit protection device matched with the load; the power circuit must have an overload protection device.
3. Speed limiter
The down sign of the car (weight, balance weight) on the speed limiter must match the actual downstream direction of the car (weight, balance weight). The rated speed and speed of the speed limiter nameplate must match the elevator being inspected.
4. Safety pliers
The safety gear must conform to its type test certificate.
The buffer must match its type test certificate.
6. Door lock device
The door lock device must conform to its type test certificate.
7. Upper and lower limit switches
The upper and lower limit switches must be safety contacts and must operate normally when performing an action test at the end station position. It must be actuated before the car or counterweight (if any) contacts the buffer, and remains active when the buffer is fully compressed.
8. The movement of the car top, the machine room (if any), the pulley room (if any), the pit stop device at the car top, the machine room (if any), the pulley room (if any), and the pit stop must be normal.
