Main cause of leakage in elevator shaft
(1) Because the bottom plate is first made of waterproof layer, the concrete wall of the sidewall is reproduced, which causes the concrete wall of the elevator shaft to be broken with the bottom plate. The original construction waterproof layer did not have the proper waterproof effect, so that the groundwater would continuously leak into the elevator shaft from the fault.
(2) During the civil construction, a large amount of water in the bottom plate is not drained and drained, but the concrete is directly poured into the water, causing many honeycombs, pockmarks, holes and looseness around the bottom plate. The connection with the bottom plate is not strict, and the bottom position of the elevator shaft is generally below the positive and negative zero water level. When the groundwater pressure is large, the groundwater will leak into the pit through holes, pockmarks, cracks and looseness, causing the elevator shaft to accumulate. water.
(3) There is no waterproof treatment inside and outside the side wall of the elevator shaft, causing groundwater to penetrate into the wall from the outer wall of the well wall and cause water in the elevator shaft.
Clean up the grass
Firstly, the accumulated water in the pit of the elevator shaft and the interlayer is removed, and the base layer is cleaned;
Cloth hole: The construction operator searches for the leak point from the beginning of the test of the elevator pit and marks it with red spray paint. The method of marking is determined according to the difference of the leaking parts. The large-area leakage is marked by dense red dots. The crack leakage is marked by red ×, which is generally marked along the direction of the crack every 250px, and the single water seepage point is adopted. Red ○ mark;
Drilling construction: After the hole is finished, the construction worker holding the electric drill will drill the hole at the angle of 45o from the base point 3 to 100px next to the leak point according to the red mark. The diameter of the grout is (10mm). The hole depth is half of the thickness of the structural layer, the hole marking the red dot is shallow, and the hole marked by red × is deeper and slightly inclined toward the crack. The red ○ marked point is drilled deep enough until there is clear water flowing out; then the grouting nozzle is installed in the hole where the hole is drilled. The installation should be as deep as possible, only 1 to 37.5px is exposed outside the wall and tightened.
Grouting construction: grouting is carried out by electric grouting machine, and a pressure gauge is installed at one end of the grouting pipe. When the grouting amount of each grouting section is less than 5L/min, and the design pressure is reached, it is stable for 10min, and the inspection hole is inspected. When the water absorption is less than 1.0L/min per meter, the grouting is finished, and then the next construction is carried out;
Sealing treatment: After the grouting is finished, the grouting nozzle is cut off and then closed with a rigid plugging material;
After grouting, brush 4mm Ji Shi Tu 101 flexible waterproof mortar.
