Fastening of frequent moving parts, such as adjustment of contact points of hall doors and car door locks. 5, cleaning work, such as the sill and other key parts. 6. Tightening inspection of electrical components, such as dust cleaning and cable connection tightening in regular electrical cabinets. The reliable execution of these tasks determines the failure rate and safety of the elevator. However, many current factors have reduced the quality of maintenance.


      The amount of elevators has expanded dramatically, and the current elevators are stored in many problems. The chain of responsibility is not clear enough; the number of elevator maintenance technicians is lacking, and the amount of elevators for each person's maintenance is too large; the market competition is fierce, and the unfavorable forms of competition such as the call and private maintenance make the time and quantity of maintenance shrink due to the decline in profits; It is difficult to quantify, and the degree of maintenance is difficult to monitor. These reasons contribute to the risk of elevator use.


      Article 6 of the “Elevator Supervision and Inspection and Periodic Inspection Rules” stipulates: “The construction unit or maintenance unit shall ensure the construction or daily maintenance quality in accordance with the relevant safety technical specifications and standards, and fill in the construction or daily maintenance. Relevant records or reports, responsible for the quality of construction or routine maintenance and the relevant documents, the authenticity of the materials and the consistency with the physical objects.” However, due to the difficulty in timely quantifying the quality of maintenance, the above “authenticity and Consistency, which is generally measured by sampling or long-term use feedback, reflects a relatively slow delay.
