    Wireless power transmission and wireless signal transmission technology

The elevator car accompanying the elevator connects the car and the control cabinet of the elevator room to transmit power and signals.     Optimize pair reconfiguration

The average load ratio of the elevator is about 20% of the rated load, and the currently recognized elevator balance coefficient is 40%-50%. After a large number of tests and analysis, the industry suggested that the balance coefficient can be optimized as 0.35 for traction drives, 0.21 for energy regeneration devices, and 0.30 for hydraulic elevators, indicating that optimized counterweight configuration can also reduce elevator energy consumption during operation.

    Energy feedback

In the elevator energy feedback, the energy recovery is generally 20%-40% due to the type of ladder, frequency of use, and load capacity. At present, the national energy consumption standards for elevators have not yet been issued. The energy feedback energy saving is the use of PWM active inverter in the elevator voltage inverter original resistance braking unit terminal ERB device installed to achieve the effect of energy feedback, this method is suitable for heavy load, high frequency of use of the elevator .

    Reasonably optimize the selection and management of elevators

    Linear elevator

A new generation of linear motor-driven, ropeless elevators without machine room, counterweight and traction steel ropes, have the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, no noise, no pollution and 60% energy saving.
